This piece bears the artist's signature, features gold embroidery, and was custom-made for Matsuzakaya by Saga Nishiki artist Yuriko Mori. Yuriko Mori is a traditional craft artist of Saga Nishiki. Saga Nishiki is a luxurious and intricate woven fabric made by using washi paper with gold and silver leaf applied as warp threads and silk threads as weft threads. She creates obi belts and handbags using this technique and exhibits her works at exhibitions such as the Japan Traditional Crafts Exhibition.
