This is a stylish recycled obi (sash) in black with a plant pattern on colored paper.
It can be used with both unlined kimonos (excluding those for mid-summer) and lined kimonos.
It can be used with solid-colored kimonos, patterned kimonos, and silk pongee kimonos.



★Condition
There are creases from when the obi was tied, but this does not affect wearability.
There is an inconspicuous stain in the hidden area beneath the obi knot.
There are some inconspicuous loose threads in the obi pattern.
There are a few inconspicuous stains and loose threads on the back.

Tyrian purple, also known as "Imperial Purple," is a highly prized and precious dye, as only a small amount can be extracted from a single shell. This Imperial Purple also possesses the property of not fading, making it a legendary dye whose use was restricted to those of high rank.
