★Description This is an elegant recycled obi (sash) in a light brown color, adorned with a floral diamond pattern. It can be used with both unlined kimonos (excluding those for mid-summer) and lined kimonos. This can be worn with formal visiting kimonos and semi-formal kimonos. *Takeshi Kitamura is a textile artist who has been designated a "Holder of Important Intangible Cultural Property" for his work in recreating the lost ancient textile "Ra" and creating "Tate-nishiki," which requires advanced techniques. Inspired by his fascination with the ancient textile Ra, he dedicated his life to the exploration of weaving and created numerous beautiful obi sashes. ★Condition There are some slight creases from being tightly closed, but this does not affect wearability. The obi is in clean condition with no stains or dirt, but there is a crack and a broken section on the right side of the lid of the accompanying box. The rank is based solely on the belt/belt ranking. *Please note that as this is a used item, there may be stains or scratches not mentioned in the description. At Kimono Hitotoki, which handles recycled kimonos and other items, we also offer cleaning, size alterations, and tailoring services. Please feel free to contact us for advice.
