★Explanation
This is a stylish nine-inch wide recycled Nagoya obi in pink with a chrysanthemum pattern.
Among his paper art pieces at Koetsu-ji Temple in Takagamine, Kyoto, is a crumpled paper called "Oogiku Momi" (large chrysanthemum crumpled paper). This fabric is a textile that captures the splendor of that pattern in an abstract and three-dimensional way.
It can be used with both unlined kimonos (excluding those for mid-summer) and lined kimonos.
It can be used with patterned kimonos and solid-colored kimonos.

The crease where the obi was tied is slightly stained.
