This set includes an elegant recycled black formal kimono (kurotomesode) adorned with phoenix and floral patterns on a black background, and a fukuro obi (formal sash) featuring phoenix and floral patterns on a black and gold background. The kimono has five crests, a round paulownia with five and three leaves, in the style of the Hinata crest. This kimono has a double-layered lining. It comes with an obi sash, obiage (sash tie), and folding fan. A black tomesode is the most formal kimono for married women, and is mainly worn by the mothers and relatives of the bride and groom.
