★Description: This is a second-hand, recycled kimono.

This recycled Yuki Tsumugi silk fabric has a soft texture and features a floral pattern woven into a navy blue background.
This outfit is recommended for occasions such as dining out with older people or friends, going to the theater, or going out in town (movies, shopping).

Yuki Tsumugi is considered a high-quality textile, comparable to Oshima Tsumugi, and is the only silk textile designated as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage.
It is made in Oyama City, Ibaraki Prefecture and Yuki City, Tochigi Prefecture, and is also a nationally designated intangible cultural property.
Tsumugi silk is worn as everyday kimono, as well as for outings such as tea ceremonies and dinner parties.

At Kimono Hitotoki, which handles recycled kimonos and other items, we also offer cleaning, size alterations, and tailoring services.

★Condition: The lining is slightly yellowed, but this does not affect wearability. There is some staining on the collar fold (part not visible when worn). There is some fading and staining on the front surface from the center back to the waist. There are several inconspicuous areas of fading on the entire surface.
