This is a used, recycled obi (book band).

This is a stylish nine-inch wide recycled Nagoya obi (sash) in brown, adorned with a pattern of children and a ball.
It can be used with both unlined kimonos (excluding those for mid-summer) and lined kimonos.
This outfit is recommended for occasions such as dining out with older people or friends, going to the theater, or going out in town (movies, shopping).

At Kimono Hitotoki, which handles recycled kimonos and other items, we also offer cleaning, size alterations, and tailoring services.
